How Contractor Quote OS handles authorized project materials.
Materials we receive
When a contractor emails an authorized job or requests a service, we may receive business contact information, project descriptions, photos, measurements and draft estimates. Avoid sharing unrelated personal details, passwords or documents you lack permission to disclose.
How we use information
We use submitted details to respond, prepare assisted scope and estimating drafts, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain project/payment records. Some analysis may use Gemini API. Google Workspace hosts email; Railway hosts our app; Stripe processes optional payments. Their handling is subject to applicable provider terms.
Storage and retention
Email correspondence may remain in the business inbox until deleted according to operating and legal requirements. Website features may save information in the customer's browser. Hosting logs and payment records may have separate retention periods. We do not promise automatic deletion of emailed customer files in a particular number of days.
Review and requests
Customers control what authorized materials they submit. Contractor review is mandatory before a quote is sent to an end customer. For correction, access or deletion questions, email [email protected]; some records may need to be retained for lawful purposes.
