Free first review
We offer one initial assisted review of an actual authorized contractor job at no charge, including a first-pass scope and estimate assumptions. It is not a site inspection or a final engineering or legal certification.
Paid continuation
After the free first review, a separate future job can be reviewed for $59 per project only after the contractor approves its scope and chooses to pay. No recurring subscription or automatic charge is part of this offer. Out-of-scope work needs separate agreement.
Customer responsibilities
Contractors must verify job measurements, rates, material prices, taxes, scope, permits, contractual requirements, and final use of the proposal. Automated suggestions can contain inaccuracies and are not a substitute for qualified professional judgment.
Changes, problems, refunds
Contact us about any discrepancy, requested correction, cancellation or payment concern. Refund and cancellation decisions depend on what was agreed and applicable law. These general pilot disclosures do not override mandatory legal rights.
